The Omakase Experience
TENSHOU Collection is an intimate sanctuary where the boundary between chef and guest dissolves.
With only 10-16 seats available, each service is a choreographed performance of precision and seasonal storytelling.
To preserve this shared focus and the intimate harmony of our single counter dinning,
we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines.
Guest Guidelines
1. Attire
We invite guests to join us in attire that reflects the elegance of the evening. Thoughtful dress contributes to the atmosphere of the counter and the shared experience enjoyed by all guests.
2. Planning Your Visit
Our omakase experience is designed for guests who can comfortably enjoy a tasting menu lasting approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes. We appreciate your understanding as we mantian a serene environment for all guests.
3. Arrival & Fragrance Courtesy
To allow time to settle in before the experience begins, we recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes prior to your reservation. Service begins together at the scheduled time in order to preserve the intended flow of the evening. Out of respect for the delicate aromas and seasonal ingredients presented throughout the experience, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing strong fragrances or colognes.
